The Daniel Doss Band has always been deeply grounded in the church. It is that grounding that has shaken things up a bit in the past year. About four years ago Daniel was a part of a church plant in Clarksville, TN called Grace Community Church. In four years it has grown to well over 1,000 in attendance. God has been stirring in Daniel's heart to do that again with childhood friend Ben Lamb in Valparaiso, Indiana. It is a growing town about an hour southeast of Chicago. The new church is called Grace Point and Daniel will be co-pastoring alongside Ben; Daniel focusing on music worship and Ben focusing on teaching.

Josh Burnett is a church planter in Annapolis, MD. Josh grew up in Louisville attending CAL for middle school and part of high school. He graduated from Cincinnati Christian University in 2006 with a BS in Preaching and Biblical Studies. Josh and his wife, Sarah, recently moved to Annapolis, MD to start a new church. Previous to that they were at New Life Christian Church in Chantilly, VA where Josh served as a campus pastor. Josh has a passion for his family and seeing people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Josh and his family love to climb, bike, fish, hike and be outside. Josh’s dream is to never retire from the work of starting new churches and to die while skydiving with Sarah at the age of 87.

Daniel Dabney is a CAL alumni, graduating in 1998. He then graduated from Milligan College in 2002 with a degree in Bible. He is currently in his ninth year of college age/young adult ministry at Southeast Christian Church. Daniel met his wife, Kelly, at Southeast and they have been married for over 4 years. They have two sons: Silas age two and a half, and Isaac who is five months. Daniel is so in love with his wife and so thankful for his sons and all of God’s blessings!!

Patrick Garcia. Having many great memories over his 12 year span at CAL, Patrick can’t think of a better place that feels like home. He graduated in 2006 and has missed it ever since! Savannah “Stone” Garcia, his wife, graduated just one year after in 2007. They started dating at the beginning of his senior year in 2005 and married in the summer of 2008. Patrick loved every single teacher that invested themselves into his life. Patrick felt called into the ministry just shortly after graduating high school and now focuses on Preaching Ministry and Biblical Studies at Cincinnati Christian University.

Bean and Bailey. Bradley Bean lives Morristown, TN, and Jackson Bailey is from Louisville, TN. After graduating from college, Bean taught third grade for four years and Bailey worked at Universal Studios until he moved back home to work at the local WBTV Station. Bradley Bean married Sharon in 1999 and they currently have three children. Bradley enjoys being involved with his hometown church by leading a small group. Jackson Bailey married Kimberly in 1998 and they have two children. Jackson enjoys being involved in his church as well teaching the kids. Originally, it was a group of five guys who created the comedy show, but when three out of five got married, it left Bradley and Jackson. In 1999, they both decided to pursue comedy as their profession which led them to becoming “Bean and Bailey.”

Greg McEvoy graduated from CAL in 2000 where he went on to seminary training at Cincinnati Bible College. He is the Student Ministries Director at Southside Church, a partner church of North Point Community Church, in Peachtree City, GA. Greg has had the opportunity to lead ministries on both coasts as well as speak all over the nation. Greg’s newest venture is creating a small group curriculum driven by video teaching along with new adventures with his wife Ashley.

Christian Novicki graduated from CAL in 2009 and is currently attending the University of Louisville and studying psychology. Christian accepted Christ as a young kid and has been growing in his faith ever since. He works for the Lord continuously by being a servant of him and sharing His Word in his daily life. Christian serves Southeast by playing music for them during the Post, a college-aged ministry. He has had a passion for music and has decided to use it in a way to glorify God.

Tom Bailey graduated from CAL in 2009 before attending Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, to focus on preaching. He came to know the saving knowledge of God when he was in the seventh grade. The cross became real to him, and even more, his sin. He soon learned that being a “good kid” was not good enough. He spent his four years of high school at CAL and his favorite memory is jumping through Miss Zimmerman’s window and receiving a detention. He has received a lot of God’s insight through serving in Kenya, Romania and all over Louisville.
“Now devote your heart and soul to seeking the LORD your God.”
