1. Application Submission. Applications are accepted continually throughout the year. Please contact the Admissions Office for the most appropriate time to submit an application based on the school year your child would enroll at a Christian Academy of Louisville Campus. 2. Application Fee.  An application is to be completed and returned to the Admission Department with an application fee of $100. For the application process to begin, each page of the application form must be completed.
3. Admission Testing. Applicants seeking admission to Christian Academy of Louisville must take an admissions test to determine the applicant’s grade skills and proper placement. Upon receiving an application, the Admission Department will contact the applicant to schedule testing.
4. Applicant File.  A current grade report and a church reference name and address or fax number must be submitted by all applicants. In addition, all middle school applicants must submit a current teacher reference name and address or fax number; and all high school applicants must submit a high school academic transcript, a teacher reference name and address or fax number, and a friend reference name and address or fax number.
5. Family Interview. Upon the completion of the applicant file, each family will be scheduled to meet with a school administrator for an interview. For parents of students in grades K-5, only the parents are expected to participate in the interview. For parents of students in grades 6-12, parents and the student will be expected to participate in the interview.
6. Admissions Decision. After all information has been gathered and the interview conducted, the Admissions Review Committee will evaluate the applicant’s file and parents will be notified of the committee’s decision. The Committee does not base its decision on any one component.
